The rugs are so clean despite multiple coffee stains. I wouldn’t use anyone else! The cleaner put his all into it and is so friendly and nice!

Rick from the Petaluma operation has been our Go-To guy for keeping our home fresh and clean for as long as I can remember. He is such a hard worker, so smart, so innovative - honestly, I look forward to his visits, because I always learn something. He is a person who has mastered his profession and he's just a pleasure to work with. All of which would be meaningless unless my carpet, rugs and patio furniture weren't amazingly clean. I also love how fast my carpets dry with your system.

The product and service are both very good. My very old carpets look and feel great. The technician gave me great advice about what to use on my wood floors to help from tracking residual floor cleaning product on to the carpets rendering them dirty again.
I will have Zerorez back again and again. Love the water only cleaning method.

The people are great, they do an incredible job of cleaning, and they help when needed.
Past service is great but this visit was postponed by me so nothing to report.
