No harsh chemicals which leave residue behind. No beater brushes that damage carpet fibers.
When I called to make the appointment, I was quoted $139.00. I returned home in the afternoon after Ethan left, and my husband handed me a receipt for $174.00. I called to find out why and was informed about the disposal fee. That definitely should have been disclosed when I called for the quote. Your non-disclosure made me feel badly deceived.
Aside from that, Ethan is a nice man and did a good job.

I love how our carpets never feel stiff and chemically. We have had Zerorez clean our rugs on several occasions and are always pleased with the kindness, efficiency and professionalism of the employees.
You returned my call promptly and showed up on time to clean the carpet. You returned a few days later to work on a spot that did not come out the first time. You were professional and knowledgeable, and the carpet looks great. I very much appreciate that you do not use detergents in your cleaning process.

This was the first cleaning that we were not happy with - the carpets didn't seem to be as clean and the stains that usually disappear but resurface months later, are still there. We have always been thrilled with Joseph and the owner's work - this new guy didn't do a very thorough job and was pretty quick time-wise as well.
Have used your service for almost 10 years-prox 3X per year.
Have also used your service with several clients of mine. Believe that says it all.

Be more open about specials. I had my cleaning done (a room, hallway and stairway) on Monday, Feb. 8th, while all day (and since) on the radio Zerorez was advertising a $99 special for more than a couple of rooms. I never heard anything about it when I called for an appointment nor when my bill was being calculated. Am wondering if I got the best deal available.

I think a thorough review of the results might have prevented the need for a return trip.
One person on the team was on his cell phone then disappeared leaving the other guy to do all the work. They left the couch where they moved it (did not return it to original position). The next day you could not tell the carpet had ever been cleaned. Did they just use water? Worst $200 I've ever spent. Many choices in carpet cleaning and I won't choose Zerorez again.
I have used this company twice and both times they have accommodated my schedule. They do very good work and are very professional.

Very excellent job on cleaning my carpets, and my tile floor after steam cleaned looks brand new!! Workers very professional and courteous.
Just one thing.. I would have liked a phone call the day before as a reminder of the appt., as well as a call when the crew was on their way. I think it's too bad that your trucks fool on Saturdays, but you have no one answering the phones that day. NOT good customer service in the communication department!

On time and efficient at completing work.
It was exactly as promised. The carpet looks great. Your technician was professional, courteous, spoke well, and was on time, in fact he was early.
There was a huge miscommunication with the time at they were to show up at. The office had one time and the guys cleaning had another time. I wasted most of my day off waiting for someone to come.
The technician we had was not as thorough as the one we had for our first cleaning. I didn't call in to report it, but there are a few spots that didn't come out of the carpet. He was however very peasant and appeared to be pretty exhausted due to his previous job. We would still use your services again anyway.
