The truck left large stain the length and width of the truck in the street in front of my home. This had not happened in the previous visit to my home. Assitionally the carpets were saturated and took over 24 hours to dry. Stains reappeared within 12 hours. Stains that were just dirt that should have been cleaned.
friendly workers, efficient service, generally a good job.
Maybe more pre-treatment would help get those hard to clean areas cleaner.
The "8" is because you are more expensive than traditional cleaning services. I will wait to see how the cleaning holds up.

I was just really hoping the really heavy traffic areas would not match the other areas of carpet after the cleaning. They improved a lot but you can still see the area is darker.
The downstairs looked good. The upstairs not as good...still some spots. The worker left a black mark on our freshly painted wall!
