I love how easy it is to schedule online and all of the communication that we get for our appointment (email and text). It’s also great to have someone like Jordan back at our house that remembers our home and pets from years past!

I'm very satisfied with the quality and speed that my carpets were cleaned, including removing dog urine stains.

Anthony did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. He arrived on time which I really appreciated and then went right to work. I have used ZeroRez for many years and they never disappoint me with their quality of service.

I’ve only used the carpet cleaning. I like that there are no chemicals and the house didn’t smell. I like the convenience of having area rugs cleaned in my home so I don’t have to transport them. They dried fairly quickly. The only hard part is moving the furniture! I had a couple of questions afterwards and Rose responded promptly.

I do not believe the cleaning was as good as the past two. Spots that should have been removed still exist. Other wise I am grateful for the rug cleaning. For the money, it was a little disappointing.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked throughly and masterfully. The carpet looks better than the day we moved in.

Carpets were not soaking wet, and no chemical odor. Jordon explained everything he was going to do and answered any questions we had.
