Came during the time frame, called 30 minutes ahead. Our carpets were almost entirely dry less than 24 hours later. The technician was informative, polite and friendly. Cost was competitive.

Service tech Kevin arrived early which was fine with me. We went room by room and described what kind of service I wanted and showed where the spots which were unsightly.

Kevin made suggestions which route I could take. He also let me know after he finished I could contact him if I had any additional questions or concerns.

Kevin finished in a timely manner and from the looks of every thing it still need to dry. but it looked like a pretty good job. This time is the fist time we used a company. My husband usually did the rungs when needed.

I might add that Rose who had helped me on my calls give me helpful information and was very knowledgeable

Are used zero Rose a lot in the bay area when I lived there this is the first time I’ve used it here and I need it all the upholstery clean because we did a recent remodel. A little more expensive than most places but absolutely perfect work.
