I give Zerorez 5 stars out of 5. It was easy to set up the carpet cleaning appointment. We discussed my carpet cleaning needs and established up front the price for the service. My technician was Jordan Perez. He gave a courtesy call when he was 20 minutes out. Jordan was professional and friendly. He looked at my carpet and told me exactly what was needed to clean up a pet urine spot and traffic area dirt. He gave good advice on how to clean such in the future. He took extreme care when working in my various rooms, protecting the wall corners from the hose using orange plastic shields on each corner. He was quick and efficient. The results are great. He did a great job extracting out the moisture. Although it had been rainy and the temperatures were quite cool, it dried out fairly quickly. Thank you Zerorez for a job well done!

My cleaner was on time, professional, and very thorough. I forgot to ask for a couple of spray bottles of cleaning solution at the end which is a bummer but other than that it was great!
