I was very pleased with the job. The rugs are cleaner than they were the last time I had them done by another company. I was thoroughly pleased with the service.
Steve did a great job cleaning my furniture. He was thought and done in a timely fashion. I like the fact that no chemicals were used in the method of cleaning. The furniture did not dry as fast as we were told, but was dry in about eight hours.

A bad carpet was well cleaned, although not perfect. Perfection on my old carpet is not expected. There was a soap spill some time ago, and it finally seemed to be gone.
I thought the prices were reasonable and my floors (tile) looked so much better. Around the edges (where the tile meets the wall), I think could have been given a little more attention. The technician was also very friendly and personable.
