Great work done by great people
It's the first time my carpets don't look like we have a cat!! All the stains came out and the greatest part was our tile floor in the kitchen. It looks new; the grout looks better than new. We are very happy with Zerorez and Steve is great!

The quickness of my requests....and the staff that "Manned" the phones and directed you perfectly.....and the worker who come to our home....for the second time! He was so professional and informative.
Benjamin was great. He was quick and thorough. I liked that he was able to clean my area rug *in-place*. He used a powerful fan afterward to "float" the carpet and accelerate drying. I also liked the spray-on stain protection he applied that will keep future spills on the surface of the carpet and make them easier to clean. Added bonus: the spray-on protection prevents pet hair from getting entwined in carpet fibers. Vacuuming up the pet hair is easier.
