Your products and technical was excellent. Allen came by within the two hour window that was given to me. He walked thru my home explaining to me the products looked at my carpet and was very on hand. I give him a ten for customer service and will use your service again. My carpet look great
There were some spots what could not come out but he told Mr that up front. Allen did try to get them out but he explain some things to me about carpet fibers and all up front. I would tell my family and friends about zerorez Great job Allen! A happy customer.
