The amount of time that it took to clean my carpets was exceptional. Also, the gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and did everything very well. He went the extra mile to clean my carpets. He also called to let me know what time he would be at my residence. The scheduled time was between 10 and 1 and he arrived promptly at 10. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.

On time and friendly customer service. Carpets and rug clean and dry pretty quickly. No smells. Just need to confirm prices of service before they are done so no surprise.
