I liked the way my floors were cleaned and that they were not wet several days after the cleaning. The technician (Matt) was wonderful. I like that Zerorez uses safe carpet cleaner solution and no harmful fumes. The technician who came out to do the work was very courteous and professional and my carpets looked great after he was done.
I like the fact that when I have my carpets cleaned, I can walk on them within 4-6 hours and they are not "crunchy". I can smell the clean. I have done my carpets with Zerorez for a few years and I will continue to do business with them. The technicians are always very nice and helpful also
