The Zerorez techs are always pleasant and professional and happy to answer questions. My tech took the time to be thorough and my really old carpet always looks and smells great after.

I love that the carpets and furniture end up clean and fresh without that soapy sudsy feeling you get from other cleaners. I also love how fast the process is - it took less than an hour and a half for 5 rooms and a couch to be done!
