The two associates who picked up the area rug were very quick and cordial, and they took good care of the rug. It took about a month to get it back, but it looked beautiful--just like new! The individual who returned it took great care to make sure the rug was properly situated on the pad with no wrinkles. We have used Zerorez in the past because the results are consistently excellent, with no harsh chemicals.

I liked the carpet not being soaked with water to get it cleaned. The technician was on time, very efficient and knowledgeable. The carpet looks good and smells good.

I like that I got Eric to clean my carpet again, Eric did a wonderful job each time he cleaned my carpet. I would recommend Zerorex and Eric to anyone that need an excellent job done on their carpet, he was on time and the quality was fantastic.

People are very friendly and helpful. The pickup and delivery people were professional and did their jobs quickly and competently. We weren’t able to have them delivered until our new floors were finished and Zerorez kept them without any problems. When I needed an insurance check endorsed by Zerorez in order to cash it, the finance person was very accommodating and knew just what needed to be done. All in all Zerorez made a difficult time (flooded downstairs because of a burst pipe) better with their attitude and helpfulness.
