The gentleman that came to clean ours carpets was very polite and professional. He was in and out quickly and did a wonderful job removing stains and dirt from high traffic areas. They gentleman offered other services and although I wasn’t interested he didn’t pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable. I like the fact that Zerorez is a green company, and your upholstery/carpet cleaning services are very good. I was impressed with your prompt response when I reported a problem with some reusable vent filters I bought (I was misinformed as to the vent location where they needed to go). I am not so sure that you have the best staff to address duct cleaning, but I hope you will be able to staff up with good technicians in the future, and offer more reliable duct cleaning service.
