Great customer service! The first time they came out to clean carpets, it wasn't up to the standards of the previous cleaning in a different house a couple of months before. So I called back, testing the "love it" guarantee, asking for a redo. The person I talked to on the phone was super nice and helpful (as was the person I talked to 20 minutes later when I had to change the date, as was the person who called to confirm details day of). When Jahsi called to say he was on his way, he immediately reassured me that we were in good hands - he was experienced and professional on the phone. He arrived and did a simply outstanding job to resolve the situation; he recommended appropriate solutions and was highly professional and helpful. Going to stop typing now and schedule a duct cleaning with zerorez.... no company always does everything right but not every company takes steps to fix it.
