The work was thorough and timely, the process to schedule was easy and they were super accurate with the estimate. The employee who completed my service - Ryker - was super efficient and patient in his willingness to be creative about getting the job done despite the challenge of being in a 2nd story apartment building. I felt super comfortable with him in my home while I was there. Zerorez did a fantastic job of cleaning and spot treating some really dirty carpets. They arrived on time, communicated well, and their price was great for all the work they did to make my old carpets look newer so I could put my house up for sale. ZeroRez never disappoints!!

I would LOVE to see a pet-stain treatment that doesn't include perfume. I actually chose your company because I was seeking a company that cleans professionally without scents. We have pets and babies that have spit up on the carpet so we got the pet treatment add-on and I didn't think about the fact that this treatment might be perfumed until I smelled it wafting through my house as the cleaning was happening - at which point I couldn't do anything about it. It was my mistake not to inquire and think harder about that add-on treatment so I don't fault anyone for it, but I wanted to provide the feedback that there is definitely a market for folks who want cleaning done without perfumes.
