I'm very pleased with the freshened appearance of our stairs, hallway and bedroom carpets. There are no lingering stains and no marks left by the cleaning machine. The stairs took about 16 hours to dry but the flat surfaces dried within the quoted 8 hours. I'd also asked that the bathroom tile be steam-cleaned. Most of it looks great but I will need to spot scrub about 1/4 of the area. Thank you.

Our technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was efficient but did not rush. He successfully removed some old stains which we were very pleased to see! He told about extras we could purchase but was not pushy at all. I have kept his number for our next cleaning!
