Zerorez was prompt, courteous, professional in every aspect of the job. We had four rooms treated and cleaned. Our technician Brian was the perfect guy for the job. We spoke of the service before he started, explanation of what to expect before and after. I don't generally recommend services, as everyone has different expectations. However, in this case we've used Zerorez twice with great results. If you can request Brian, I don't believe you'll be disappointed.
I absolutely love and appreciate the person who last came to my home. He's been here on several occasions and my carpets look like brand new every single time. He always goes above and beyond for Zerorez and has worked for them years. He is the reason I continue to use this company. The products are good, the professional doing my carpets knows how to apply and work their products. Again I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
