The service person was on time and he called me to let me know when he was arriving. He was courteous and accomodating and gave me time to get the rooms clean even when I did not have them ready when he arrived. He was very thorough and took a considerable amount of time working plus he explained different products I could order that would enhance the overall finished job. When finished, the work he did on every area of concern was high quality and he restored carpet that was in horrible appearance into looking new again.
