Have used Zerorez exclusively for the last 6 years. Most recent service was yesterday. The tech was Joel who was professional, friendly, and very customer service oriented. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of Zerorez.
We have only used Zerorez for carpet cleaning for several years. They always do a great job, and their technicians are efficient and very polite. Our carpets are 23 years old, but come up with still some youth!
While they always try and sell you carpet protect coating, they do not argue when you say "no".
We would find it difficult to use another company.

This is the second time we have used Zerorez and we were not disappointed . Our technician was Ayla and she was prompt, professional and polite. She did a great job of explaining the process and price and worked efficiently and did an overall amazing job.
Very thorough, drying time was about a day long but shorter than other services. Got most of the difficult spots but not all but again better than other services. All in all I was satisfied.
