Rafael did a super job. Carpet is looking great. Hopefully, the long-term spots won't reappear, but Rafael did a good job explaining why they reappear if they are in the pad underneath. He really knows his stuff.

Nick worked very hard to get a dirt stain from a planter out of the carpet. He tried three different solutions and it came out on the third. All dark areas are gone.

We have been impressed with the communication, service and follow through of zerorez. They brought our carpet back to life, even those pesky spots that tried to return. Thank goodness for the deep extraction.

Products are home safe and Joel was committed to doing a great job. He even came back the next day when a new spots emerged and quickly removed those as well too.

We like the fact that Aaron called 20 minutes before scheduled time (10am-2pm) and asked if he could come over earlier. He was very professional, and the carpet looks lovely. We had a red wine stain (Christmas!) and he did a fabulous job getting that sorted.
