Great service - on time- even early. Explained what would happen and then did just that and more. Had corner protectors and was very mindful of our furniture. When he was done, he walked us through the entire cleaned area and explained what to expect. He did a very complete job but in a timely fashion. I would recommend Zerorez Portland to anyone.
I don't do surveys but I want you to know that your company is the only one I will ever use again. Your workman was skilled, professional and worked straight through to get the job done. I had chem dry do it last year and there was little difference when they left. The carpet was stiff and still dirty. Your person cleaned all of that up and it looks great again and the carpet is soft. I tell everyone that needs a carpet clean to call you. Please don't ever go out of business and please send any professional offers for discounts, etc. please mail it to PO Box 33783, Portland, OR 97292. I am not sure how your system works but it gets the job done beautifully!!!!!!
