First and foremost they actually know what customer service is!!! All personal were professional and polite, as always and carpets very clean with no residual chemicals that dry out your skin when you walk on the carpet.

In the past I've had Zero-res clean my carpets. I've always been happy with their work. In all the years, my couch's (4) plus 4 fabric chairs have never been professionally cleaned. I've vacuumed somewhat, but not thoroughly. It was so refreshing to see the brightness with all the dust removed from the furniture. It didn't take long for the furniture to dry.

This Spring, Zero-rez will clean my carpets.
