I asked him to put the styrofoam guards underneath the furniture, and he refused. I was shocked —they have always put those Styrofoam guards underneath my furniture. I was really caught off guard. And then he complained that he’s not supposed to move any furniture and he didn’t my 22 year old son was here and moved at all
He had me cash out on the automated system before the final check, and I would’ve never given him an extra tip, because I was truly shocked at his lack of professionalism.
The carpet is cleaned up to Zerorez standards—but this technician was not.

Affordable, effective, and professional
Matt was our tech this time. He was upbeat, polite, friendly, and explained the process. The cost was as estimated, the product is safe for pets as well as people, it’s a win win! We have used Zerorez several times and will continue to do so.

Our cleaner was very professional and did a great job. I would say the only downside for me was that it did not remove enough "soapiness" residue from the carpet.
