I had tried a few other products and methods (Bissell, hand scrubbing, etc) to remove some tough stains on my carpet before I heard about Zerorez from a friend. One quick phone call landed me a very reasonable estimate and an appointment a couple of days out. When I described the stains to the representative I spoke with on the phone, she was very honest in telling me that they may or may not be able to remove them completely, but the technician would be able to make a better assessment on site. On the day of my appointment, the technician (Jamie) called me a few hours before the time window to let me know when she would arrive. She was prompt, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Best of all, she tackled those stains with a vengeance--completely eradicating them!--and my carpet looks brand new! It's rare that a product performs as well as it's advertised to, and rarer still for one to outperform its own claims, but Zerorez has done just that.

This is the best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had! We had challenges with long-standing stains and everyone one was removed. Our service person (Peter, I believe is his name - apologies if I remembered incorrectly) was personable, intelligent, professional -- the best! The technician who came out (Justin) was extremely professional and courteous! He wore little booties as to not soil my floors, then walked around and inspected the areas to be cleaned, discussed the procedures with me and explained about the procedures for area rugs I needed cleaned. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process(es) thoroughly!
The carpets looked great when he was through, and the whole house smelled cleaner and fresher!
