You guys do a great job at getting my filthy beige carpet looking as new as possible, without a sticky crunchy residue. The carpet also dries faster than our Rug Dr. or other commercial companies that I have had come do our carpet. Also, I think your technicians are very professional and friendly and efficient. :)

The project was good from start to finish. The coordination and communication was great. Your tech was on time and was very pleasant to work with. The completed product was great, we could walk around in our bare feet and did not have that crunchy feeling which was typical from past carpet cleaners. We will be scheduling with you after the holidays to do other levels and duct cleaning.
