I love that your process does not leave dirt attracting residue. Both times I've used Zerorez, the men who have come to clean have been such good representatives of your company - personable, friendly, competent. I was SO pleased that I was able to get my condo carpets cleaned even though the tubes had to be elevated and lifted across my balcony. I will always use Zerorez. My carpets look great.

Your service is very good. Everyone was very helpful and nice. They seem to enjoy their job.
We look forward to having you back in the next 6 months or so, so that our carpets are kept clean.

safe on my carpets, with my pets, to the environment, to me. Service was fast, efficient, the technician went out of her way to do a great job and amazed me how easy she took care of some dried candle wax on the carpet.

Having no chemicals left in, the clean smell, and knowing it's safe for family and pets. I really appreciated the personal customer service. Both the office coordinator and service technician were very friendly and helpful in problem-solving my home situation. Thank you, Zerorez!

Your customer service is excellent! When I called after the carpets dried and let them know some spots had returned, they came back out and tried another technique and it worked great!! This is my new carpet go to people!

The guys were timely, and worked neatly. The carpet looks great in spite of it's age and quality. I will use Zerorez in the future and will gladly refer to friends and colleagues.
