The pet spots on our white carpet were all removed. The carpet was left very very soft. The technician was professional and polite. The service was completed quickly and the price was appropriate.

They called ahead to tell us when they would arrive. The technician, Tom, was pleasant, thorough, listened to what we wanted and very nice. The carpets feel and look good I', glad that there are no added chemicals. Thank you for a job well done.

Every part of this service went as promised. The cleaning was very effective and thorough. The enzyme cleaning for pet urine worked extremely well. The tech was very good at explaining every thing, and inquired multiple times if I wanted him to do anything further, or if I had questions. We will definitely use you again, and recommend you.

The process/method is fantastic. My carpets are like new, and I have never been able to say that about any other commercial carpet company. Every aspect of contact is so professional. Technician is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. This wass our second time and we wouldn't think of using any other company.

John, the technician, went well beyond the minimums in describing how the job would be done as well as offering suggestions. I was impressed with his knowledge. We are very pleased with the results. He arrived in the time window given us and finished the job in a timely fashion. All in all a great job!
