Your technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. My carpets are beautiful and so clean. The young man that cleaned my carpet was very concerned that I was pleased with the job and if there was anything more he could do for me. I had a couple of grease stains that I did not think would come it and he got it cleaned. He was very personable.
The carpet tech was knowledgeable and informative; answering my questions and giving suggestions. I never felt pressured because he was honest and sincere. His work was exceptional as my carpet had some scary stains that I didn't think would come out, but to my surprise he got them out! I am pleased and will be sure to share with friends and family the great work done by zeroez!
The techs that came in knew what they were doing and did a GREAT job. They were in and out in no time at all. The floors look great.

Zerorez does an excellent job on cleaning carpets. My carpets hasn't been clean for several years. Zerorez can our and now my carpets look almost new. They even where able to get ball polish out. You are crazy to use anyone else!
The carpet is clean and does not feel stiff or have a detergent odor. Dried quickly which is certainly a plus. The young man who did it explained the process and was very thorough and extremely pleasant to speak with.

arrivals at our home. They work extremely hard to get our carpeting & chairs looking like new.
That's a huge challenge given that we have 5 pets and a forest with muddy ground in our backyard!
