The tech was great. Did a thorough job. Consulted me on stain removal, etc, throughout the cleaning. I also love that no chemicals or soap residues are left on the carpet. Very positive experience and good value for the money spent.

Neat, efficient service man. Carpet appears very clean. Whether protective finish spray worth the extra $ amount - time will tell.
Carpet took over 8 hours to dry in many areas ! Suspect service man could have spent more time removing excess water.
