Promptness, willingness to answer all questions before, during and after the cleaning process. I had an "extreme" case of cat urine concentrated in a small area. I had already worked on the area for 2 days with a product that had always taken care of similar problems before this one. It was just too much to expect! So, I called my sister and asked for help. I had previously heard commercials for Zerorez on The Fish radio station but had never been in need of your services. She recommended you, so I called. The gal on the phone was very helpful and informative so I booked the the appointment for only 2 days out! I was ecstatic because the odor was so bad I was thinking about sleeping somewhere else till it got done!
Audric came Monday morning and by the time he had completed the cleaning, I could smell NO traces of the odor! Even in the wet carpet! I was totally impressed. Two days later and still no noticeable odors! I can't say enough! The sub-level extraction process gave me the confidence that this location wouldn't be an ongoing problem. Time will tell.
However, with all the absolutely positive comments, I did have one issue, totally unrelated to the services provided on site. I was not informed of the minimum charge of $129. Which I would have to pay even if the itemized charges for services provided had been less than the $129 minimum.
Aside from that I am truly pleased and impressed with your company and services and will happily refer everyone to you in the future!

The way it leaves my carpets. The fact that my carpets are cleaned without chemicals. The young man that came and cleaned our carpets, was friendly, professional and very thorough. The last person that came to clean, did not spend near as much time and my carpets did not look or feel like they'd been cleaned. This time....we were very pleased with the results.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The carpet looks clean and fresh.

MY CARPET IS THREE YEARS OLD AND HAD PET STAINS ON IT THEY GOT EVERYTHING OUT AND PUT A STAIN PROTECTOR ON AND IT LOOKS BRAND NEW. I HAVE USED ZEROREZ BEFORE AND THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB THEN. You did a great job and were very detailed with making sure everything was taken care of. I really put your guy to work cleaning the granite, a very large sectional, weird stairs along with 2 additional rooms. He stayed positive, made sure I understood the pricing for the granite and sectional cleaning and then went to work. The cleaner smelled amazing so I was sad that the orange smell left, but everything looked great and the carpet wasn't crunchy afterwards. I felt like I had purchased a new couch it looked so good, and the carpets looked like they did when I bought the house. It kicked off my spring cleaning really well.

This is the third time I have used Zerorez for my carpet cleaning. Our most recent service was done by Glenn Porter, he was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He exceeded our expectations. The residence is a rental and he detected and treated pet stains in the 3 bedrooms. The carpets look and smell great! Thank you Glenn for a great job! We had dog and carpet issues and you were able to schedule service the day we requested it!
However, the worst area at the base of the stairs looks great but still smells terrible. We
may be replacing that carpet. The Last name removed was very friendly, fast and explained things well. We had a doctor's appointment right after he finished and we made it in plenty of time.

There is no soap residue left behind. Your service people are very polite and accommodating.
