I was very happy with both the demeanor and the work ethic of the technician. He explained and showed everything to me about what he was doing. He did not simply shampoo my carpet, he made what other people do look sort of bad. I mean they just come in and shampoo the carpet and that's about it. Yes, I had him do some extra stuff like pet stains and a couple of other stains that had been there quite a long time and I haven't taken very good care of the carpet. His equipment was even different from the other companies I've tried. It's only been a day so far, but as of right now I'm very happy with the results. My carpet hasn't looked this good since they put it in 15 years ago. I had pretty much the full treatment done so, it cost me much more than the advertised special, but I feel it was worth it.

Joel was awesome. He gave me just the right amount of information that I needed in order to be comfortable with the process, but obviously willing to give more if I had been more inquisitive. First of all, I appreciate how courteous & professional, Joel, my cleaning technician was from the moment I answered the door. He took great pride in doing a most thorough job in cleaning my carpets & area rugs. I am still amazed how he was able to remove brightly colored play dough from my grandchildren's playroom rug. It looks brand new! There is nothing like soft clean carpet to make my house feel new!

I've used you twice, and both times the technicians have been very polite, pleasant and great to work with. We had one area with pet staining (urine), and for some reason the cleaning was not nearly as effective as the last time, even though the staining and odor was far worse the last time. I don't know if the stain removal treatment you're using changed, or if it just wasn't as effective this time for some other reason. That said, I still believe your service and results are far better than your competitors, and I will certainly continue to use, and recommend you in the future. I want to reiterate the professionalism of the Tech. he is a great guy, and a great representative for your company. Thanks, see you in about 6 months.
