Non toxic and water-based. Tech was honest about which stains he thought would/wouldn't come out. The results were better than I expected!

I thought $40/room for stain treatment was on the high end, which is the only reason I didn't give you a 10.

The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was very thorough. After he had loaded everything in his truck he noticed an area that he wasn't happy with and he came back and worked on the area again until he was satisfied.

Since you do not use carpet shampoo the carpet dries without a sticky feeling caused by retained soap. The carpet is soft not crunchy and stays cleaner longer. This is due to the lack of soap that traps dirt in the carpet fibers. I have a little Pomeranian that has done her business. So I am very happy that the carpet is sanitized and no smell. I have used this service before and will use it again. Thank you again--Scarlet Ansbach for Regina Weber who turned 100 this past May.
