Excellent customer service both on the phone and from the technician. One small problem, we were told the approximate dry time would be six hours, it turned out to be more like 30 Hours. The carpets are nice, clean and soft, and we will definitely use a Zerorez again.

Well, Zerorez gets the carpets clean, soft clean, no odor clean. The job gets done thoroughly and quickly. We get a call letting us know the van is on the way. The van shows up on time. Everyone is very courteous, wall corner edges are protected, pads get placed on non carpet areas to step on if booties are damp. Packing up is quick. We recommend Zerorez.
