The Zerorez team showed up early in the scheduled arrival window, and were very professional and courteous in explaining how their process works. We signed up for the 3 room Special, but ended up adding 3 entry area rugs when they arrived, which they were happy to clean as well. After they finished my wife asked about a heavy dog worn area on our upstairs landing, and they drug the hose back in to get that spot, to make sure we were satisfied. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the service, and the carpets look and feel better than any previous carpet cleaning we've had done by other companies. We will definitely use Zerorez for any future carpet cleaning needs, and will highly recommend them to friends and family.

I really like the fact that Zerorez uses no chemicals. Tyler did an excellent job of shampooing all of the wall-to-wall carpeting in my home -- my very old carpets really responded and they look great! The carpets dried pretty quickly and are now so much softer to walk on in bare feet. Tyler even cleaned some small area rugs, as well as an area on my sofa -- all at no charge, which was very nice of him.

Your staff is very professional and courteous. Your carpet cleaning is better than anything else in the market.

The carpet professionals were within the time frame that was set. They called prior to arriving to give us an closer estimated time of arrival and arrived slightly early. The professionals listened to our needs. They took their time and went over problem areas. They also pre-treated problems areas.

Steve was a very professional, detailed, thorough technician.My 10 yr. old light beige carpet looks new again. Coffee and wine stains gone. I will definitely use Zerorez again. Beats the competition hands down!

(2) I liked the results of the cleaning.

Carpet not stiff. And clean! Especially since I have a small dog that had a bladder issue. All the urine stains came right out

The gentleman who worked here (Nick) for one thing.
He called and said he would be here earlier then what the appointment was. I was glad about that.
He did a fantastic job and took me around to let me see what was done in the 3 rooms. Great! Took care of some spots that I couldn't do so of course that was important to me.

Stacy cleaned the carpet and the next day the carpet still had an odor. I called Stacy on a Saturday and expressed my concerns and he immediately took care of my needs. Stacy made it easy and hassle free to do a business with Zerorez. I recommended him to my renter who needed her carpet clean.
