The operator was on time & he spent a lot of time on r couch cushions that had a bad stain. He got it all out & did a great job on r living room rug. Chris was an absolute gentleman, and he did an absolutely amazing job on my horridly gross carpets.

The process seems to have less chemicals and it works extremely well, my dirty carpets cleaned up very well. The person that did the work was fantastic too. He really knew his stuff, was professional and personable, and did a great job.
