The fellow who came to clean our carpet arrived early in the 4hr "box" and took time to look over our carpet with his special flashlight and talk awhile about what we could expect from the cleaning plus other "add-ons" that were available. There was no pressure to get these extra's, just information. He was very thorough and respectful of our space and posessions and did a
great job. This is our 2nd cleaning and we've been quite satisfied with your services and employees.

We were really impressed with how clean the carpets were after the Zerorez process. And how fast the carpet dried after cleaning, much faster than traditional methods.

I like the fact that the cleaning is bio-degradeable and the carpet are so clean and soft.
