The carpet looks great and feels wonderful on my bare feet after your cleaning process. That has not always been the case when I have used other carpet cleaning companies.

We like not having stinky, chemical smells after having our carpets cleaned. We like that the carpets are clean, they dry quickly, and they smell good (by which I mean, they don't smell like anything!). The people are professional, polite, and thorough. They are careful not to damage or mess up the house while they're cleaning the carpets. Chris and Chris were great to work with. Scheduling was easy.

We,ve recently had our 3 rooms cleaned by Zerorez. They did a terrific job. Joel & Chris listened and took great care of what needed to be done. We've been clients for 7 years. Had cream color sofa that they also cleaned a couple years ago. Looks great! G. T

The house we just moved into had residual pet odors. One day after Zerorez we just had the cleaning solution scent; two days after we have total clean and no scents or odors. Secondary bonus, the carpets look great ! We used another service on the one we moved out of and weren't quite as happy with the cleanliness aspect. This guy GOT IT DONE !

The technician was on time, explained everything he was going to do and did a fabulous job on my carpets! They have never looked so good or smelled so fresh! My technician put a carpet stain protection on my carpets ,and it's a good thing since my friend spilled something on them the second day🤤 thank fully the staun came right out!! I love zerorez!! On time service. The service tech is courteous, carefully performs work and makes the effort to do a good job. My carpet appears and smells clean, and I get to have access to it much sooner.

Technician was very helpful. Carpeting feels very good. Price was ok. All in all a good experience. I would use them again. Still don’t know how the super water works to clean the carpets 🤔

I had heard good things about Zerorez, and all were true. It is far superior to steam cleaning we had had done before. Our 20-year-old berber carpet throughout the house and stairs looks years younger. Most all of the dirt and grime from high-traffic areas was removed. Only the toughest stains remained, but they were much lighter. Gabe was a wonderful technician, he was friendly, polite, worked hard and explained everything beforehand. Overall, I was very impressed with the work and the results.
