In all my years of having my carpets professionally cleaned - they've been this clean. I am so happy and pleased with the results. Not only that but Zachary was right when he assured me that the carpets would be dry in an hour or so. Good thing, too because I chose a late afternoon appointment; no problem, I was able to get all the furniture moved back into place and get to bed on time.

Technician was careful and thorough. Carpets looked great and dried quickly. As a friendly suggestion, technicians should be careful to not have body odor when providing a freshen up service.
Raphael was prompt, keeping me informed when he would arrive. He explained what he thought would work best for my carpets, including the treatments for pet stains and heavy traffic areas. The work was done to my complete satisfaction, the price was reasonable, and Raphael was courteous, efficient and had the expertise to complete the job in top notch fashion.
