I loved that the cleaning product used to pre-treat our most smelly area had a very nice orange smell. After all the cleaning was finished, I loved that there was no chemical smell at all because of the steam cleaning and natural products you use. Very friendly and professional staff, he let me know when he was on his way and even called again to let me know he would be a bit later because of van problems. He did a great thorough job and answered any questions I had. I would definitely use your services again! Yay no more smelly carpet! Thank you!

We like the lack of chemicals to achieve a clean carpet that is not harmful to crawling grandchildren and dogs. The technician was personable and efficient. However I was hoping the pet spots would be totally removed and a couple spots that I had earmarked did not come out entirely. I suppose this could be due to the fact the spots were a few weeks old and we were also told that the carpet is showing worn areas. I wonder if a carpet cleaning with a chemical would improve it. Overall, we are pleased with the improvement to our rugs.
