I like that the carpet isn't really wet when finished and that it doesn't have that stiff feel to it once it dries.
I wish there was better communication from the technician. He did an excellent job of communicating the up front costs when we asked him to treat our carpet for pet stains but what he wasn't good at was communicating was to remind us that he didn't move furniture. I had moved out of the living area all of the furniture other than the sofa. I had moved it way from the wall. I thought he would just push it back against the wall and then clean under it. Wrong! He could have said something to my wire or I and we would have moved it so he could clean under it. Now we have someone coming back out two days latter to clean the area that was missed. At least Zerorez was nice enough to apologize and send out another technician.

Great communication. Great explanation about what to expect. Great job cleaning the carpet. Technician was friendly and polite. He wasn’t wearing cologne and had no cigarette or marijuana smell. The cleaner didn’t make me feel headachy and sick afterwards.

There are no harsh chemicals. My carpet dries quickly and it’s not crunchy afterwards. Rynell did an excellent job of cleaning and protecting walls and furniture from being bumped by the hoses.

I like the prompt quick service from the technician. I don't like that when I try to call the buisness number I have to be on hold for so long. I don't like the orange smell that they use. It seems to have a pretrolium smell to it and I am very sensitive to that. I had to put fans on and open all windows.
