On time, efficient, professional

I love the soft clean feel of my carpet after you have been here. When your employee makes sure the extra water is lifted, my carpets dry so quickly! I like the fact that I get a call from my technician with the time of arrival. It is a bonus if they make an even pattern with the carpet cleaner back and forth. it looks so cool, I hate to vacuum it out. ;-)

Usually, the technician walks me through the areas that were problems and shows me what they looked like after they were cleaned. Most issues are resolved. There was a pet spot that didn't come out this time. (most often they do) and I didn't know it until later. I had signed the pet waiver though, so I guess he didn't think he had to alert me.

Chris was very thorough in going over all the available services and he and William did a great job on our old carpet.

We will definitely use Zerorez again. The professionalism is through the roof, and the results phenomenal. We purchased a new house and when we took possession there was a new dog urine smell in the rugs, Bently from Zerorez came and worked very hard on three rooms, pulling up the equivalence of a small dog worth of hair and removing the smell. We feel safe having the kids roll around on it, and it's super soft. Additionally, Bently did his best to keep costs down and give us terrific service. The whole process was easy and a total success.
