We have 20 year-old carpets, and after you have done your magic, they seem to be just a few years old. We have used your service since 2014 and now never consider any other company. On our last two occasions your technician was Chris who is very professional and efficient. He explains options that are available for difficult stains, but does an excellent job on most stains with just the normal cleaning. Possibly we may take-up the "sub-extraction"option on one of the stains next time. Of course, it is always good to chat with a fellow Brit!

There is a lot I like about the product. I love the no residue on the carpet. Just feels amazing when the carpet is dry. The carpets look fantastic too for a long time after the cleaning. Not just a day or so.
The service is top notch. Good, honest, trustworthy people and company.
