Bentley, our service tech, was great. He was enthusiastic, called as noted in the file, was on time, and did a great job. Very pleasant young man, and was happy to do his job. The carpets came out great, and didn't hesitate to take on the tasks we added while he was here. With two dogs and two cats, the deodorizer really worked on our carpets and I'm happy we chose to go that route. Would be very happy to recommend Zerorez for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

The two gentlemen who cleaned our carpets were completely professional and took time to explain the cleaning process and expectations. Our carpets look the best they have looked in quite some time. The carpets dried quickly and we are thrilled with the result.

I have been using Zerorez for several years now and it only seems to get better. Nick is my favorite technician because he is do careful with everything in my home and he does an amazing job every time. This was my 3rd time with Nick as I request him. He makes my old carpets look amazing and he is so quick to get it all done. This time he did grout and upholstery cleaning on my dining room chairs and all of it was perfect.
