Rainel and Joe cleaned my carpets yesterday and did a FANTASTIC job! Rainel explained everything thoroughly (even educated me on what had caused the damage in a few spots over the years), and they finished in a very timely manner. My carpets dried quickly and everything is fresh.

The customer service was top notch - the techs cleaning our carpets were informative, friendly and professional. They did an amazing job and our carpets look awesome! The job was very thorough and we really appreciated that the cleaning products didn't have a super strong odor. The carpets dried in very reasonable time and we just used a couple of oscillating fans to help them dry. The quality of the work and the service is such a great value for the cost as well. Punctual drys fast no reidue
I have used Zerorez twice and we love it. After having our 34 year old carpets cleaned, they look and feel brand new. I love that our carpet pad is not soaked and that it doesn’t take the carpets hours to dry. The derive you receive from Zerorez is fast and friendly. We’re all busy and I appreciate the efficiency!
