The technician was prompt , thoughtful and cleaned very thoroughly. He also moved quickly and removed his equipment with ease.
The carpets were well cleaned and quickly dried and had no soupy order or residue.

My carpet is so clean!
We have used Zerorez a couple times now and have been very pleased with the results. The carpet feels clean and soft after. They do their best to estimate over the phone beforehand but give a detailed price layout after arriving, before they start work, to make sure you approve. The tech that helped us, Rainel, was kind, informative and quick. Would recommend.
