Very conscientious person cleaned our carpets and furniture, He took his time and made sure everything was spotless.
The appointment was scheduled between 8-10. The boy called at 7:50 to say he was on his way. He did show up, however there was some equipment missing in his van and he had to return to Mesa. Finally arrived back at 10. I advised him to start in the front of the house as that is the area most utilized. He started in the rear of the house and had to be re-directed by my husband. While the cleaning itself was satisfactory, I was now pleased with the delay.

No bad smell. The young man that came was very clean, curtious, explained every thing to me & did a excellent job. He is a big asset to your co. & believes in what he is doing. The man that set the appointment for me was also very helpful & kind. While I payed a bit more then I wanted too, I do feel it was worth it. My couch & rug are stain free. It was a good experiance. 1st is I love the idea of no chemicals and no chemical odor. When my daughter was young I had my carpet cleaned and the sanitizer they put on gave her such a bad rash that the Dr. was afraid she may have Lupus ( there is no cure for this ). the carpets feel like new. The employees are always friendly and don't make you feel like there doing you a favor. I have told a lot of people about your company and I don't recommend often. I also like that the carpet seems to dry a little faster than other companies do. Thank You for being there. I don't know who invented this idea but I thank them more than you ever know.
The carpet is clean, though we still have areas that reflect the heavy traffic. We liked the service -- the person on the phone was good and flexible with our request for an appointment change, and the technician was professional.

I waited a full month before responding to the survey just to see how well the cleaning REALLY was - and the carpet still looks like it did the day our technician came! Yes it was pricey, as I added stairs & protection, but I am completely satisfied with the job. I even purchased some of the "magic water" & that may be the best part: I use it on the granite counters & my windows - WOW! Thank you for providing ALL THAT WAS PROMISED!

Joe was knowledgeable and good at what he did. We had an unusual circumstance-the hose split and spewed H20 all over my walls, leather sofa and pillows and afghan. when the tile floors were cleaned - they did NOT clean completely ( grout still dirty). 80 percent came up clean but we still have dirt in several areas????. . . We did seal all of the grout afterwards. Carpets do look awesome! We will use you again!!!
The gentlemen that did are carpet were very clean and answered our qestions. The carpet looks, smells and fills clean. I vaccumed the next day and had nothing in the bag. They did a great job.
It was expensive. Boarder line to much. Many other places are much better priced. I know you have the zero res. but it was still a little pricey.
The first guy that came to my home lacked in customer service. Did not know that you were not doing duct cleaning anymore. He went around and told me things he could not do, that I was perhaps "not ready" for him, almost like he was glad to leave- I had just moved in. I rescheduled a few days later. A nice young man came out that was just the opposite, could not help me out more. Very pleased with him, think his name was Derek. You had done my previous home I sold and was very pleased. Was told this Berber carpet i have now cleans up easy. The stairs need another cleaning, the only thing that did not clean up well. I like your method, a bit pricey, but for the price I paid and what I dealt with, with this first guy, blond, glasses.... I would like my stairs re-done. Hopefully, not with the fist boy.
We don't like any chemicals in our carpet. We feel that the carpet is exceptionally clean and soft.
your time table when you give a customer a four hour window, no body likes to sit home and wait. two hours should be enough thanks the service person did a very good job

The two young men you sent to clean my carpets and granite, were very professional, hard working and excellent representatives for your company. Any company would be very lucky to have two such hard working young men. In regards to the carpets, I was amazed that they were able to get the carpet as clean as they did. I had the carpet cleaned by another company a year or two ago. That company was unable to clean numerous problem areas in the carpet; whereas, the cleaning done by your representatives far exceed my expectations. I was thinking I may have to replace my carpets. However, after they cleaned my carpets, I think my carpets will last another 5 to 10 years before I consider replacing those carpets. I would appreciate it, if you thanked the two young men, for me, as they did excellent work.
