Improve pricing - was quite expensive for a small house.

There was a film left on the floor that anyone who stepped on the floor left prints.we ended up having to mop the floor twice to get the film off the floor.The reason we had the floor cleaned was to save time for a party we planned.Very disappointed that we spent $200 just for us to have to clean the floor on top of what your company was paid to do.There seems to be a residue left behind that left the floors very hazy looking.It looks as though the tech did not rinse the floor and left the soap behind.
I’d rooms are filled with furniture the cost should be a little less. There is so little carpet that is clear to clean. And the 25 residential fee should be made know prior to appt

Great clean for pet stains and spills
I want to use Orez exclusively. Tech cleaned the carpet better than any other tech has done, and I have always had a good end result with Orez.

In and out in less than 30.minutes. missed several areas that had stains. I was warned that pet vomit stains may nor come out. NOT THAT NONE of them would come out.
They job was certainly not worth $172.00.

Service I received was absolutely top-tier. The team member that came into my home to clean my carpets and the furniture Was very professional and friendly. I would request this team member again for regular service.
My complaint is with the estimate I was given online. I Was quoted almost $185 for 2 rooms of carpet and a hallway and two couches on the estimator for my quote. I input the correct sizes of my couches to be given an accurate estimate. When the team member came in my quote more than doubled. I went from about one $185 To over $430. It was explained to me that furniture is measured differently than rooms of carpet. That feature needs to be severely updated. I was not anticipating spending that much beyond my quote. I do understand it is a quote but quotes are typically within plus or minus $50.
I proceeded with the service because it’s what I needed in my home and I am fortunate enough that I was able to cover the extreme difference.
Please update the quote feature on your website for furniture. Others might not be able to complete the service at such a high difference of cost.
My number one reason I love Zerorez is they don’t use soaps or chemicals. Because they don’t, my carpets never feel crunchy. They dry in half the time and stay cleaner longer!!! My carpets are 24 years old and still look and feel brand new!!!! Their technicians are top notch. Good communication, they go over your work order and fees so there’s never any surprises. I highly recommend Zerore!!!!
