Only complaint is you advertise how great your carpets will smell and the whole house will smell fresh. I really didn’t smell anything

What do you like about our products and services?

The gentlemen did a great job (Derek and Ajae) with our building carpets and conference room chairs, and front lobby with a "sand" trap. They were attentive to detail with the walk through - getting each "trouble" spot out. As they went through to put away their equipment, the building was left tidy and clean!

After using Zerorez, the carpets didn't feel "crunchy". It feels as if Zerorez needs to use less water, so the carpets didn't feel as wet afterwards. I still waited a full 24 hours before putting items back in place. The citrus spot-cleaner smelled nice as well.

What do you like about our products and services?

Tech was great. Did a good job. Unfortunately there is still a very visible large spot that didn't get clean. It looked clean when the carpet was wet but not sure what our options are at this point.

My dad was truly happy with the gentleman that came and did it carpets and tile. My dad keeps saying it has never looked so good.

I was not at home the day that the Service man from your company came to do the the carpeting, however my wife Name removed said he did an outstanding job and would like to have him back when we do the downstairs within 2-4 months

Keith went above and beyond what was expected. We were very happy with the services that Keith provided.The last time I had Zerorez at my home I was very disappointed in the up selling of services. This time all went well.

You guys always do a wonderful job! I love that you don’t use harsh chemicals and that there isn’t any crunchy stuff left over. Michael did the best cleaning we’ve ever had!
