The tech was good and really explained how we should care for our carpets. He let us know the details about cleaning pet stains and odors. The carpet is soft and looks great. The room is useable again. Thank you.

My bathroom floor tiles and grout, despite cleaning them, have just looked dirty for years. Zerorez came in and had them looking cleaner than they had for 10 years! Amazing!

The guys that came to do our job we "AWESOME". They explained everything about the costs of a our project by line item in a very easy to understand way. You knew exactly what you were paying for after they measured things up. They perfectly explained why using the sealer on the floor carpet and our upholstery was good to extend the life of them.

Very professional and friendly guys that knew what they were doing. We'll be using them again next time.
