He was very professional from the time he started to the time he pulled away! I would recommend zerorez to anyone that needs carpet service. I do have to apologize to him tho because I let a ripe one loose walking through while he was doing the carpet and he had to have smelled it... kept his composure the entire time. I honestly have to comend him for that because it was brewing for quite some time. Sorry!
Zerorez Carpet Technician Richie Revak came to my home this past Saturday and did an excellent job! He was very professional and knowledgeable, and spoke highly of the company he worked for. I will definitely be requesting Richie in the future.
Cleaning reps always friendly, knowledgeable and go the extra mile!! Cleaning is the best I've tried (I've tried most of them). Carpet is fresh and seems to be conditioned. Most areas look like new when finished.

This is the 3rd time I've used Zerorez. We tried another company in between Zerorez and there was a sticky film on our carpet that never went away and the carpets felt dirty.
